St. Lawrence Co. Democrats Endorse Candidates for 10 Legislature Seats

The St. Lawrence County Democratic Committee has announced candidate endorsements for 10 County Legislature districts. The following candidates will run as challengers to Republican County Legislators in their respective districts.

●      District 3 - Adam Jarrett

●      District 7 - Ginger Storey-Welsh

●      District 8 - Paula Sturge

●      District 11 - Amber Spinner

●      District 12 - Patrick Brady

●      District 13 - Setcher Krywanczyk

●      District 14 - Kristy Baker

●      District 15 - John Michno

Incumbents Anthony Levato, District 9, and Margaret Haggard, District 10, will run to maintain their seats on the St. Lawrence County Legislature.

County Democrats also endorsed Cassie Robbins-Forbus, who attended the committee’s Feb. 24 meeting to discuss her candidacy for the 49th Senate District against Senator Mark Walczyk, and Melissa Seale, who is running for the 45th Senate District against Senator Dan Stec.

The Committee endorsed Dennis Gordon in his bid for the 117th Assembly District, running against Ken Blankenbush, as well as James Sienkiewycz for County Coroner and Christine Clark for Supreme Court District 4.

The Democratic Committee also endorsed Kathy Hochul for Governor, Letitia James for Attorney General, and Tom DiNapoli for Comptroller.
