From North Country Now, "In recognition of National County Government Month, St. Lawrence
County invites residents to an Open House on Thursday, April 24, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Human Services Building, 80 State Highway 310.
This event offers an opportunity for community members to learn about local government services, connect with county departments, and discover the resources available to them.
Several key departments will be participating, including Public Health, Planning, Board of Elections, DMV, the County Clerk’s Office, Community Services, Office for the Aging, Emergency Services, Sheriff’s Department, and the Youth Bureau.
Each department will feature interactive activities, informational displays, and 30-minute presentations on important topics affecting residents.
