We are advertising this event, but to be clear, this event is nonpartisan. Elbows Up for Canada is part of 16 or more similar events across the US-Canada border, sponsored by North Country Neighbors for Civic Engagement and North Country NY Indivisible. Bring water and your binoculars and wave to your neighbors on the opposite side of the St. Lawrence River! Signs supporting our international friendship and economic interdependence as well as Canadian and/or American flags are encouraged.
